Guarantee

We guarantee your total satisfaction. If you return any item, for any reason (in a re-saleable condition, with tags attached) within 14 days of delivery, then we will refund the full price paid. You can also choose to exchange the item, for example, for a different size.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. None of these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Security Policy

Plan & Deliver Ltd is committed to providing the highest levels of security and privacy for customer data. Your credit/debit card details are never held on any of Plan & Deliver’s systems.

We use PayPal for credit/debit card payments. You can use PayPal even if you do not currently have a PayPal account. When you click to make a purchase you will be linked automatically to PayPal’s secure payment pages. The data sent from your computer is encrypted using PayPal’s world class security. PayPal uses ‘session cookies’ for the duration that you are connected to their secure payment pages.

Plan & Deliver uses ‘session cookies’ for the web site shopping basket. All customer information that is held on our systems is protected by firewalls, encryption and other measures.

Privacy Policy

We only collect the absolute minimum amount of information that we need to provide a high level of customer service. We only collect information given at the time of ordering. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  We will not pass any information about you to any other companies or organisations, unless we are legally compelled to do so.

You can contact us to check the information that we hold about you. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. We collect the following personal information: name, address, email address and phone number. Our systems also hold order and support related details such as: items ordered, order date, order number and order status.

How to Order

We accept orders online (24 hours)

On-Line

For on-line orders, making a purchase could not be easier. Just choose your size and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ icon associated with the items that you want to purchase. When you would like to make your purchase please click on ‘Checkout’ and confirm that you would like to proceed with the purchase. You will then be directed to the secure payment pages of PayPal. After payment has been received, a ‘thank you’ message will be displayed, which will include the order number and order details. An order confirmation email will also be sent to you.
A further ‘dispatch email’ will be sent on the day that the items are dispatched. A detailed invoice will be included with the items ordered.

We are sorry that we no longer accept orders by telephone or mail.

Acceptance of Order

Plan & Deliver Ltd reserves the right not to accept an order.
If the item ordered is out-of-stock then either party may cancel the order.

Payment

We accept the majority of credit cards and debit cards (see home page of website www.p2d.co.uk).
All prices on this website, for which VAT is applicable, include VAT.

Payment will be taken at the time of the order.

Postage and Packing

Our UK postage and packing charges are £2.99 for all orders.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Royal Mail 48 (second class post) delivers in 2 or 3 working days and myHermes delivers in 2 to 5 working days.

If, in the unlikely event that we are temporarily out of stock and we cannot dispatch your order within two working days, then we will send you an email with the estimated dispatch date and an option to cancel the order.

In addition to deliveries to your billing address, we will also deliver to your place of work or to a friend or relative.

Please allow extra days for delivery during periods of industrial action, severe weather and just before Christmas.

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled at any time before it has been dispatched. A full refund including P&P will be given.

To cancel an order, please send an email to sales@p2d.co.uk. The email subject should be ‘Cancellation’ and the message should include your name, order number and post code.

An order may also be cancelled within 14 days of receipt (see ‘Returns and Refunds’).

Returns and Refunds

The three types of returns are:

1. Cancellation of order within 14 days of receipt of items

2. Exchange of an item for a different size or style

3. Returns due to a fault with the item.

Items should be returned (with the product packaging and tags attached) in a condition that would
enable us to re-sell it.

To return an item to Plan & Deliver, please include your:

  • order number
  • full name
  • postcode
  • state if refund or exchange required

You do not need to state the reason for the return, but we would be grateful if you did to enable us to improve our level of customer service. Please pack the item securely and send it to the address below. Proof of postage should be retained.

An item must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund to be issued. A full refund including outgoing P&P will be made.

An item that was faulty or damaged will, if possible, be replaced, unless the customer wants to cancel the order.

Return postage is not paid unless the item was defective when it was delivered or if you return an item due to an error made on our part.

Complaints

If you are not completely satisfied with our level of service or products then please send your complaint to the Head of Customer Services or send an email to sales@p2d.co.uk. All complaints are logged and you will receive an individual (not-automated) response to your specific complaint by email within 1 working day. We aim to resolve all complaints within 3 working days.

General Terms and Conditions

All statements on this website from part of the terms and conditions.

All goods are to be paid for on or before dispatch unless a separate agreement has been reached with the customer.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any statement made on this website.

This contract shall be governed by the laws of England.
